NO REFUNDS – NO EXEPTIONS
We only give store credit, return/exchange can only be made once.

By checking out with a successful purchase you agree to all our Terms & Conditions listed in this page.

We are not responsible for the return mail cost. We can provide you with a return label if requested but it will be subtract from total amount to credit. Or you can send the order back to us.

• Merchandise can be exchange/return within 7 days of the order shipment date.
• Item exchange can only be made once.
• We ONLY give store credit, we don’t offer refunds at this time.
• Although we make every effort to keep sufficient stock of items listed on our site, occasionally we do sell out of certain products. If we are out of stock on an item that you’ve ordered, we will notify you via e-mail. Any changes will be reflected in your order total as well as your shipping confirmation.
• Store credit has no expiration date.
• Merchandise must be unworn and unwashed, unaltered and in new conditions.
• Merchandise must have all tags attached.
• Hair accessories, hats, earrings, underwear and bodysuits cannot be returned.
• Items returned with makeup, deodorant, perfume, or similar product stains will be shipped back to you and are subject to additional shipping cost.

Collection & Sale Pieces: 

• All sales are final. No refunds. Please make sure to order the correct size.
